About the Game

The Undercut is a deep motorsport management simulation with a retro 90s pixel art style — inspired by the golden era of racing games and the depth of Football Manager. You're not the driver. You're the one who decides when to pit, which tires to run, and whether to push a failing engine to the finish.

Races play out in real time on a physics-driven 2D engine. Dirty air, drafting, tire temperatures, and mechanical failures all emerge from the simulation — nothing is scripted. Circuits are procedurally generated with unique layouts each season. The world evolves around you: sponsors react to results, suppliers rise or decline, and driver reputations shift with performance.
